How many firmness settings are there?

The Huddle Never Deflate™ Air Bed offers three firmness settings: Firm, Medium, and Soft Luxury of Plush, allowing you to customise your sleep experience to your exact comfort preference.

Will a fitted sheet fit my bed?

Our beds are made to industry-standard sizes, so the relevant sized fitted sheet should fit your bed fine! Please ensure that the control panel remain uncovered, however.

What is the warranty period?

Our air beds come with a 1 year warranty period. Please use the contact form to reach our customer support team with any queries.

How long do our air beds take to inflate?

Inflation times are quick and vary by size:

  • Single: around 2 minutes 20 seconds
  • Double: around 2 minutes 45 seconds
  • King: around 3 minutes 10 seconds
Do our air beds require a mains connection?

Yes - a mains connection is required in order to use the internal inflation pump and would need to stay connected for the Never Deflate™ technology and USB port to work on our Lux models.

How does the dual pump work?

The Huddle Never Deflate™ features a patented dual pup this works to ensure your bed never deflates during your sleep.

Pump 1 - This primary pump inflates and deflates your air bed to the perfect firmness. Featuring advanced auto shut-off technology, it intelligently prevents overinflation.

Pump 2 - The innovative secondary pump quietly activates to maintain the same pressure all night. Ensuring your sleep is uninterrupted.

Can I manually inflate the air bed, or is it electric only?

Our air beds come with a built-in electric pump for fast inflation using mains power. While it is possible to inflate the bed manually, we don’t include a manual pump and haven’t officially tested specific manual options. If you choose to use a manual pump, make sure it has a compatible nozzle and be aware that inflation time and ease may vary.

Please note - Any damage caused as a result of manual inflation will not be covered under warranty.

Can I use a mattress topper on an air bed?

Yes, we highly recommend it. A mattress topper improves comfort by adding warmth, smoothing out the surface, and providing an extra protective layer between you and the air bed.

Can I use an electric blanket on an air bed?

No, we don’t recommend it. The heat from an electric blanket can react with the cooler air inside the mattress, causing condensation to form on the surface. This can lead to damp sheets and potential mould.

What’s the length of the power cord?

The power cord is 230cm long across all models in the UK and EU, and 245cm long for models in the US.

General FAQs

Where is the batch number on my air bed?

The batch code for your air bed can be located on the white label on the outside packaging and starts with "BF".It can also be seen on the bed itself, on the control panel where you inflate the bed/adjust the firmness.

How can I find a copy of the instructions manual?

How do I return my product?

You can return unwanted and unused goods to us within 30 days from date of receipt. The postage back to us is paid by the customer but you must complete a returns request to have all returns authorised ahead of returning the item. Any free gifts on the order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Although we would not expect there to be any issues with the goods, should there be any problems during your warranty period then our Support Team can help resolve any concerns or advise if you require a return. For returns under warranty we offer free returns for the first 6 months from date of receipt, after this time the customer is responsible for the return postage. Kindly retain the original packaging if you intend to return your order as we do not provide replacement packaging.
