How many firmness settings are there?
The Huddle Lite doesn't have a comfort dial but the Huddle Lux Air Bed offers three firmness settings: Firm, Medium, and Soft Luxury of Plush, allowing you to customise your sleep experience to your exact comfort preference.
What is the warranty period?
All our air beds come with a 2 year warranty period. Please use the contact form to reach our customer support team with any queries.
How does the dual pump work?
The Huddle Lux features a patented dual pup this works to ensure your bed never deflates during your sleep.
Pump 1 - This primary pump inflates and deflates your air bed to the perfect firmness. Featuring advanced auto shut-off technology, it intelligently prevents overinflation.
Pump 2 - The innovative secondary pump quietly activates to maintain the same pressure all night. Ensuring your sleep is uninterrupted.
General FAQs
How do I return my product?
You can return unwanted and unused goods to us within 30 days from date of receipt.The postage back to us is paid by the customer but you must contact the Support Team first to authorise the return. Any free gifts on the order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.
Although we would not expect there to be any issues with the goods, should there be any problems then our Support Team can help arrange a return and replace or refund the order subject to availability. For returns under warranty we offer free returns for the first 6 months from date of receipt, after this time the customer is responsible for the return postage. Kindly retain the original packaging if you intend to return you intend to return your order.
